No experience is necessary, and you can earn while we train you. 

Okaloosa County Transit offers the following benefits to full time employees after satisfactory completion of a 90 day probationary period: 

• 40 hours annual leave per year.
• 40 hours sick leave per year.
• 8 paid holidays.
• Health Insurance (OCT pays 75% of the premium; employee responsible for 25%).
• $15,000 Term Life Insurance Policy.
• Emergency leave – up to 3 days with pay due to the death of an immediate family member.
• Group Dental Plan (Employee pays full premium).
